The XPEL Difference

Choose from XPEL's gloss or satin finishes for unmatched protection and style.

Superior Paint Protection, Two Premium Finishes

At Pleasant Details and Tint, proudly serving the greater Columbia, SC region along with Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and surrounding areas for nearly 20 years, we offer XPEL ULTIMATE PLUS and other premium PPF (paint protection film) options—commonly referred to as clear bra—providing superior paint protection with two exceptional finishes to match any aesthetic preference. XPEL's high-performance PPF and clear bra deliver unmatched defense for your vehicle's original paint against rock chips, deep scratches, road debris, scuffs, bug acids, bird droppings, tree sap, industrial fallout, and daily driving hazards, all while preserving and enhancing its factory-fresh appearance. Featuring advanced self-healing technology with elastomeric polymers in the topcoat, minor swirl marks, light scratches, and wash-induced imperfections naturally disappear over time with heat or sunlight exposure, keeping your vehicle looking pristine without ongoing polishing. Choose between a deep, glass-like high-gloss shine or a sleek, modern satin/matte finish—both backed by industry-leading warranties, often up to 10 years—with excellent stain resistance, non-yellowing clarity under intense UV exposure, and robust impact protection tailored for South Carolina's varied roads and weather conditions.

ULTIMATE PLUS -OR- STEALTH: Clear Gloss Finish vs Satin Perfection

ULTIMATE PLUS is our flagship premium clear bra with a crystal-clear high-gloss finish that elevates your vehicle's shine to a stunning, showroom-deep level while remaining virtually invisible. This top-tier urethane PPF includes an advanced hydrophobic topcoat that repels water, dirt, grime, road contaminants, and chemicals, enabling water to bead aggressively and sheet off quickly for effortless cleaning and minimized water spots or etching—perfect for Columbia's humid climate and frequent rain. Its self-healing properties work continuously to erase fine scratches and swirls, delivering exceptional resistance to yellowing, oxidation, corrosion, and harsh environmental elements like acidic contaminants or pollen common in the Midlands.
